Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

This site is a personal portfolio. The only personal data it collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address and message.

What I do with it

I use this information for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to you. I do not sell, share, advertise on top of, or otherwise process this data for anything else.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in private infrastructure I control and forwarded to my personal email inbox (hello@nachomartin.dev). No third-party analytics, marketing, or advertising tools are wired up to the form.

How long I keep it

I keep contact-form submissions for as long as the conversation is active and may archive them afterwards for reference. You can ask me to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@nachomartin.dev — I'll remove it within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR / LOPD)

If you're in the EU you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send any such request to hello@nachomartin.dev.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. The only data left in your browser are functional preferences (e.g. dark/light theme).
